Ryan Cos. US Inc. plans to moves its headquarters to a new building near U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. The developer will build a four-story, 172,000-square foot building at 513 S. Third St. and take about 55,000 square feet for its own offices. About 275 Ryan Cos. employees will move from the current headquarters on Nicollet Mall to the new Downtown East property, which will be called the Millwright Building.
