Naf Naf Grill, a fast-casual falafel and shawarma chain that's expanded across the Twin Cities, is developing a third downtown Minneapolis location. Naf Naf Co-owner David Sloan said a restaurant is under construction in the skyway level of 121 Eighth St. S., which is the TCF Tower.
