ECMC Group is moving its headquarters and about 500 workers to downtown Minneapolis from Oakdale, a suburb of St. Paul. The education company has signed a lease for 125,000 square feet at 111 Washington, according to an email announcement from the building's leasing brokerage, Transwestern, obtained by the Business Journal.
